It's Me Again bringing you a really nice savegame spec ops mod menu. There isnt on-screen text, but there are a lot of features listed in the instructions below!

Instructions:
Move your profile to a flash drive.
On your PC:
*download Modio from game-tuts*
Open your profile on the resigner on Modio
Open the savegame.svg on the resigner on Modio.
Copy the profile ID and the console ID from your profile onto the savegame. Then press rehash and resign. Then, open your device in the device explorer, and insert the savegame.svg from your computer to the MW2 savegame directory. Then close Modio, unplug your usb, and put it into your xbox and turn it on.
On your Xbox:
Go to Mw2 --> Resume Campaign
Save and Quit
Go to Main Menu --> Special Ops
'Two Player Online'
When prompted to select a map, Press B
If you have a checkerboard Map, you did it right.
Using the menu:
Main Menu:
-Dpad Up = NoClip
-Dpad Down = God Mode (Works for all people with / without mods)
-Dpad Left = Toggle Unlimited Ammo
-Dpad Right = DropWeapon
Toggles Menu:
- Dpad UP = Toggle TimeScale (Game Speed) ==Slow Mo, Default, Chipmunk==
- Dpad Down = Toggle Super Jump (Jump_Height) == 999(Extreme),555(Medium),100(Default)
- Dpad Left = Toggle LaserSight On/Off
- Dpad Right = Toggle Super Melee (MeleeRange) == 999(Extreme),500(Medium), 100(Default)
Visions Menu:
- Dpad Left = Toggle Chrome Mode On/Off
- Dpad Down = Toggle RainBow Vision On/Off
- Dpad Right = Toggle Cartoon Mode On/Off
Misc Menu:
- Dpad Up = Toggle Automatic Famas
- Dpad Down = Give All
- Dpad Left = Force Dual Weild Weapons
- Dpad Right = Wallhack
--Select/Back Button Cycles the Menus
